Can I change or cancel my order?

Requests to change or cancel an order can be sent to hello@fitwayequip.com for processing.

Which countries are the products delivered to?

Currently Fitway Equip. Only ships to addresses in Canada.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your order. Shipping fee's will be calculated at time of checkout prior to payment.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

We utilize a variety of courier and LTL shipping partners to ship out orders.

Account

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. all payment processing is handled via Shopify payments and payment Card details are never shared or stored with Fitway Equip.
